As we close out 2025, Clover IQ is proud of the progress we have made building and delivering solutions for organizations operating in demanding environments. In these settings, connectivity, safety, security, and uptime are essential to daily operations.

This year was defined by one clear priority: deliver private wireless, industrial mobility, and edge infrastructure that is practical to deploy and reliable to operate, supported by services, hardware, and an integrated partner ecosystem.

None of this could be accomplished without the trust of our customers and the collaboration of partners who are committed to delivering outcomes.

What We Delivered in 2025

Managed Services Helpdesk: Operational Support That Scales

Managed services continued to be a core investment area in 2025, especially for customers who require consistent support and accountable response across mission-critical networks.

We successfully onboarded three oil and gas customers onto our Managed Service Helpdesk, expanding support coverage and refining processes that reduce operational friction and enhance reliability.

End-to-End Private Wireless: From Surveys to Hybrid Designs to Deployment Readiness

Private LTE and private 5G are not single-service products but complete infrastructure lifecycles.

This year we executed multiple site and suite surveys, developed hybrid network solution designs, and produced end-to-end private wireless architectures aligned with real constraints such as coverage, interference mitigation, ruggedization, and segmentation.

We strengthened our technical perspective and customer education through published guidance on private wireless solution selection and deployment criteria.

C1D2 Hardware and Solutions: Engineered for Hazardous Environments

In 2025, we introduced our own Class 1 Division 2 (C1D2) hardware product line, expanding our ability to support customers operating in hazardous locations.

This aligns with the broader trend of industrial connectivity platforms becoming rugged and compliant with safety standards critical to energy, manufacturing, and resource extraction operations.

Digital Buying and Transparency: MVP Shopify Experience

We released an MVP Shopify product and services storefront, enabling customers to purchase industrial products online and engage professional services with improved clarity.

This initiative shortens the buying cycle and enhances transparency, helping customers progress from exploration to implementation with better speed and certainty.

Expanded Partnerships That Complete the Solution Stack

Our partnership strategy is designed to bring complementary technologies together so that customers receive architectures engineered for industrial operation rather than isolated products.

Digi: Industrial Devices for Private LTE and 5G

We initiated a partnership with Digi to integrate their industrial devices into our solutions, especially ruggedized routers and gateways suited for demanding environments.

This collaboration helps align field-grade hardware with private wireless systems that require both reliability and environmental compliance.

OneLayer: Strengthening Security and Management for Private Networks

Clover IQ launched a partnership with OneLayer to enhance network security and operational governance for private LTE and private 5G environments.

OneLayer’s recent $28 million Series A funding round reflects significant enterprise demand for secure and manageable private network infrastructure. This funding was oversubscribed and led by major venture investors, with participation from Chevron Technology Ventures and others, underscoring the importance of Zero Trust security and scalable device management in private cellular networks.

OneLayer’s platform addresses enterprise needs for visibility and control at scale, helping bridge the gap between specialized cellular systems and traditional IT governance.

American Tower and CoreSite: Extending Colocation and Edge Capabilities

We expanded work with American Tower to extend colocation and edge capabilities into solution packages that simplify how customers evaluate and acquire edge infrastructure.

At the ecosystem level, American Tower’s acquisition of CoreSite positions it to offer integrated colocation and edge services that support low-latency applications and modern distributed architectures.

Nokia: Leadership in Industrial Private Wireless

We deepened our partnership with Nokia, aligning with one of the few vendors recognized for comprehensive private wireless leadership.

In 2025, Nokia was recognized as the sole “Champion and Market Momentum Leader” in Omdia’s 2025 Market Radar for end-to-end private 5G vendors. The report highlights Nokia’s strong product portfolio, continued investment in mission-critical connectivity, and momentum in industrial wireless solutions across manufacturing, mining, utilities, and other verticals.

This recognition underscores global confidence in Nokia’s ability to deliver end-to-end private wireless solutions and reflects their strategic focus on advanced connectivity integrated with edge compute capabilities.

Facilities and Team Growth

Expanding Our Footprint in Canada

In 2025 we opened facilities in Sarnia and Markham, Ontario to extend our operational footprint. These locations increase our regional capacity to serve Canadian customers and support faster delivery.

Team Growth: Adding Technical and Customer-Focused Talent

We added team members across engineering, delivery, and customer success functions. This investment enhances our ability to deliver outcome-focused solutions and support customers as their operational demands evolve.

Industry Engagement: Staying Close to Real Use Cases

We participated in multiple industry events in 2025, including Connected Worker forums, ENTELEC in Odessa, EPC engagements, and regional symposiums.

These events help us remain grounded in customer challenges and industry transformation, particularly as private wireless and edge infrastructure increasingly support AI-driven applications and operational intelligence.

What We’re Focused On in 2026

Looking ahead, our priorities build on what we accomplished in 2025:

  1. Scale Managed Services
    Expand onboarding, support automation, and monitoring so customers achieve faster time to operational stability.
  2. Increase End-to-End Private Wireless Delivery
    Improve repeatable execution from survey through operations, especially in energy, manufacturing, and resource-intensive sectors.
  3. Broaden C1D2 Hardware Portfolio
    Expand field-tested configurations and industrial-grade solutions that support safety and compliance.
  4. Deepen Partner Integrations
    Continue building interoperable stacks with Digi, OneLayer, American Tower/CoreSite, and Nokia for secure, manageable, and scalable solutions.
  5. Mature the Digital Buying Experience
    Evolve Shopify from MVP to a more comprehensive “configure-and-buy” portal for products and services.
